How can I arrange an assessment for my child for the SaeboReach? Manchester Neuro Physio will: Determine if your child is more suitable for a Saebo Arm Rehabilitation Programme Determine if your child will benefit more from the SaeboFlex or SaeboReach Provide a "test-drive" of the SaeboReach If you feel your child may be ideal for the Saebo Arm Training Programme, they will be required to visit a Saebo trained physiotherapist. Please contact us on 0161 883 0066 or request a free phone consultation with one of our Saebo trained physiotherapists. At Manchester Neuro Physio we will perform an initial telephone assessment to make every effort to ensure that your child is appropriate for SaeboReach treatment and your first trip to us is not wasted. If it is unclear whether your child will benefit from the SaeboReach treatment then the physiotherapist at Manchester Neuro Physio may ask to speak to their current physiotherapist or other health professionals to avoid a wasted trip. Those patients that are deemed appropriate will be given a time and a date to come into the clinic and a brief physical assessment will first be performed to ensure they are appropriate for this method of treatment. A physiotherapist will then perform a trial with our specialist SaeboReach trial kit. This will involve the fitting of a trial SaeboReach unit onto their affected arm. Your child's physiotherapist will then be able to show you how SaeboReach can benefit them and how you can support their training by performing some exercises incorporated into games that your child can do on a daily basis to ensure they get the best outcome from their Saebo device. Many individuals see results immediately or soon after the first session.
