Physiotherapy for Sever's disease

During the physiotherapy session, the therapist will undertake a biomechanical assessment which will allow the physiotherapist to determine what areas may be contributing to the pain.

The condition does not cause any long term foot problems and once the child has reached full bone development they are unlikely to experience any further problems. Caution should be made with excessive weight bearing exercises and lifestyle factors such as being overweight.
