Have a machine called L300 System which is an FES machine, which stimulates the nerves in the lower leg activing muscle activity preventing foot drop. The systems technology automatically detects foot position, walking speed and changes in terrain. The benefits of this machine are:

The machine is situated in a leg cuff that can be worn under most clothing, there is also an intelli-gait sensor in the shoe which sends wireless signals to the leg cuff which stimulates the nerves bringing your foot up when you walk. You can adjust the stimulation as you walk by using the hand held stimulation on the go.
